We don’t look for love because it’s lonely to be watching movies alone , because it’s sad to eat meals on your own , because it’s nice to cuddle up with someone on rainy days . We look for love because we want to be accepted , for the disgusting ways you portray when you were with his friends ( burping loudly ) , for the clumsiness , for being irritating and for the simplicity in us . Love is an act of acceptance , that with all our imperfections , we are accepted and loved .
We can love someone and just be happy about it even if we know that it cannot last forever . It is not about having someone . It is not about owning a relationship , it is just about being happy because you know you have loved someone .
A friend always says - Don’t go for looks , it can deceive . Don’t go for wealth as that even fades away. Go for someone whom makes you smile because only a smile makes a dark day seem bright .
Learn to love with all your heart and accept the unlovable side of others . For anyone can love a rose , but only a great heart can include the thorns .
